Deposits
Overview
In order to trade, you need to create a trading account and deposit funds into it. Every new trading account will need a first-time deposit before it can be used, and some account types will have a minimum deposit amount.

Once a first-time minimum deposit requirement is met, subsequent deposits can be any of any minimum amount requirement of the payment method chosen. The selection of deposit methods available depends on the country selected during Exness account registration.

Each deposit method has unique conditions, like minimum/maximum deposit limits, processing times, and account verification requirements. Always log into your Personal Area (PA) to confirm information and availability about payment methods, as they can go offline for maintenance. General rules
- The Deposit tab in the PA groups methods readily available first, then those with verification requirements; verify your Exness account to use any method.
- Professional account types have a minimum deposit requirement, varied by registered region. Confirm the account type minimum in our account types article.
- Standard account types don’t impose a minimum deposit requirement, but the method will have a minimum deposit limit; confirm the minimum limit in the PA.
- Payment method accounts must be registered with your full legal name and match the name registered to your Exness account or the deposit will fail.
- Deposits and withdrawals are always carried out in the same currency, so carefully select the currency during deposits; the currency chosen doesn’t need to match the trading account currency. Exchange rates apply at the moment of transaction.
- Double-check entered information, including account numbers, to avoid delay to your deposits.
Exness never charges a processing fee for deposits, but some payment providers do; confirm fees for the chosen method in your PA or on the payment provider’s site.
Processing fees
Exness doesn't typically charge a processing fee on deposits, but some payment providers may. Always confirm possible fees for your chosen payment method in the Personal Area, or on that payment provider's site.
Processing time
Processing times vary by payment method, as seen in the PA. The processing time shows the average to maximum processing time; while the average time is typically what to expect, deposits can take up to the maximum length shown.
Most payment methods offered show instant processing, which means that the transaction is carried out within a few seconds without manual processing (not that the transaction completes processing instantly).
If you need assistance with your transaction, go to your Transaction history, select the transaction you need help with, and choose Get support to raise a support request.
Withdrawals
Overview
There are policies that are essential to remember when you withdraw from trading accounts. Some withdrawal methods are not available for unverified Exness accounts, so it is advised that you verify your Exness account as soon as possible.

The method used to deposit funds is important to withdrawals, as the same method must be used for both in most cases. If a method used to deposit becomes unavailable for withdrawals, alternate methods can be used if supported (available in your PA and region). The method must be registered under the same legal name registered to the Exness account, and may require payment account verification the first time it is used.
Contact Support with your transaction ID in such cases.
The payment method priority is the most important withdrawal policy to remember, and is based on the deposit methods used. Bank cards are subject to two kinds of withdrawals: refund requests and profit withdrawal. Refund requests are withdrawals of money deposited, in proportion to the methods deposited with (examples included below), and must be completed first; partial refund requests are available. Refund request requirements are shown at the top of the Withdrawal tab of your PA, if applicable. Profit withdrawals are made after all required refund requests, and are the proportional withdrawal of profits made from trading (examples included below). We highly recommend reading about the payment method priority explained below.

General rules
- The payment method priority (detailed below) must be followed to ensure prompt transactions.
- Before profit can be withdrawn from a trading account, a refund request for the full amount deposited with a bank card must be completed. Partial refund requests are available to some Exness accounts.
- The maximum amount that can be withdrawn at any given time is equal to your trading account’s free margin.
- Withdrawals typically require the same method, payment account, and currency used to deposit. If multiple payment methods are used to deposit, withdrawals should aim to be proportional across these methods.
- Alternatives can be made available to eligible traders; in exceptional cases, we may waive the standard proportional withdrawal rule subject to successful account verification and approval by our payment specialists.
- Payment account verification is required when using a payment system for withdrawal that hasn’t been used before; you are expected to contact Support with proof of account ownership in such cases.
- If you encounter a rejection using a flexible payment option, it may mean your account is not yet eligible for that method. Flexible options are subject to various factors, including account history and risk management.
- Explore your withdrawal options in your PA; these are based on your registered region and account verification status.
Exness never charges a processing fee for withdrawals, but some payment providers do; confirm fees for the chosen method in your PA or on the payment provider’s site.
Payment method priority
The payment system priority ensures prompt withdrawals are possible while still in compliance with regional financial regulations. Withdrawals with the listed payment methods must be done in order, according to this priority:
- Bank card refund requests
- Profit withdrawals (proportional withdrawn with all deposit methods used).
The payment system priority is applied to your Exness account, not individual trading accounts.
Payment method priority example
You’ve deposited a total of 1,000 USD into your trading account: 700 USD with a bank card and 300 USD with Neteller.
You’ve earned 500 USD, and want to withdraw everything, including profit:
- Your trading account has a free margin of 1,500 USD (the total of your initial deposit and profit).
- Refund requests must be made first, following the payment system priority, i.e. refunding 700 USD to your bank card first.
- After all bank card refund requests are processed successfully, withdraw profit in proportion to deposits, i.e, withdraw 250 USD to your bank card first, then 150 USD to your Neteller account.
The payment priority system ensures Exness follows financial regulations forbidding money laundering and potential fraud, making it an essential rule without exception.
Processing time
Processing times vary by payment method, as seen in the PA. The processing time shows the average to maximum processing time and, while the average time is typically what to expect, withdrawals can take up to the maximum length shown.
Most payment methods offered show instant processing, which means that the transaction is carried out within a few seconds without manual processing (not that the transaction completes processing instantly).
