How to close an order on Exness Trade?
- In the Accounts tab, open orders are shown in the Open tab.

Partial close allows a smaller portion of active orders to be closed. This is possible if the order volume is at least twice the minimum lot amount for that trading instrument.
- In the Accounts tab, open orders are shown in the Open tab.
- Tap the order you wish to partially close, then select the Partial Close tab.
- Set the closing volume amount and then tap Close.
- Tap Confirm to partially close the order.
- A notification confirms that the order has been partially closed.
- In the Accounts tab, open orders are shown in the Open tab.
- At the bottom of your open orders, tap Close all positions.
- Select an option of either:
- Close all
- Close all profitable
- Close all losing
- Close all Buy
- Close all Sell
- Tap Confirm.
- A notification confirms the number of actual positions closed and the resulting profit/loss.
Note: When using the Close All function on Exness Terminal, orders are executed consecutively with a few milliseconds between each. The time required for execution varies depending on the number of orders, and it is normal for the process to take longer with a larger number of orders. Orders will be closed at the current market price at the time of closure, regardless of the account's execution type. As a result, each order may close at a different price.Close by
Close-by function allows you to close two hedged orders simultaneously.
- Select the instrument with multiple open orders with opposite orders and select the Close by tab.
- Select an order to close.
- A confirmation message will be displayed with lots, current open and close prices, and profit and loss made.
- Tap Confirm.
- A notification confirms the number of actual positions closed and the resulting profit/loss.
Note: During the Close By operation, the open price of the second position is used to close the first position, while the second position is closed at the open price of the first. If the orders have different volumes, one will be fully closed, and the other will be partially closed. Therefore, both orders are always closed, with one potentially being only partially closed.

The closing price for a partial close order will show as the average closing price. However, the Performance Tab (History of orders) will show the closing price of the last trade.

Average closing price =
(Close price of the first trade x Number of lots of the first trade) + (Close price of the second trade x Number of lots of the second trade) / (Total lots)
For example,
Average closing price = (1.05577 x 1) + (1.0558 x 0.5) / (1 + 0.5) = 1.05578
