Withdrawals
This section contains more information regarding the following topics:
- Payment method proportional withdrawals
- How to make a refund request
- Withdrawal processing time and fees
Exness withdrawal rules
As per Exness withdrawal rules, deposited funds and profits must be withdrawn separately.
Withdrawals must follow the payment system priority to optimize transaction times; withdraw funds in this order:
- Bank card refund
- Bitcoin refund
- Profit withdrawals, adhering to deposit and withdrawal ratios.
Withdrawing deposited funds is known as a refund request while withdrawing profit from your trading account is its own operation.
Only once the refund request has been processed and completed will you be able to withdraw profit to your bank card, unless you wait 90 business days from the date of deposit. Also, refunds can be done in parts until the refund requirement is met, this is known as a partial refund request.
Payment method proportional withdrawals
A withdrawal must be made using the same payment system, same account, and same currency as used for the deposit transaction.
If you have used a number of different bank cards and/or payment methods to deposit funds into your trading account, then withdrawals must be made to those bank accounts and/or payment systems in the same proportions as the deposits made.
Here’s an example to help you understand this better:
You’ve deposited USD 1 000 in total to your trading account.
- USD 500 with Card A
- USD 300 with Card B
- USD 200 with Neteller
According to this, you’ll only be allowed to withdraw the total amount according to this proportion:
- 50% withdrawal with Card A
- 30% withdrawal with Card B
- 20% withdrawal with Neteller
Now, let’s assume that you’ve earned USD 500 profit and wish to withdraw everything, including profit.
As per the rule of proportions, here are the maximum limits for each method of withdrawal:
- Card A - USD 750
- USD 500 to be refunded first, then USD 250 as profit withdrawal
- Card B - USD 450
- USD 300 to be refunded first, then USD 150 as profit withdrawal
- Neteller - USD 300
Do note that profit withdrawals are only available once refund requirements are met. This will be shown in your Personal Area when you make a withdrawal. You can read up in detail about this in our article on everything you need to know about withdrawals.
About refund requests
A refund request is a withdrawal of deposited funds and must be completed before profit withdrawal from a trading account. Refunds with bank cards cannot be bigger than what was deposited and must fulfill the refund requirements shown in your Personal Area when making the refund request.
Partial refund requests are when refund requests are made in smaller amounts rather than the total amount of funds deposited.
Note:
- If a refund is initiated within 24 hours of a deposit, the refund process may be completed within 3 - 5 days for card or bank transfers, or within 3 - 5 days for BTC.
- If a refund is initiated after 24 hours of a deposit with a card or bank transfer, then the refund process will take up to 10 days.
Note: If partial refund requests are unavailable in your region, you would have to make a full refund request based on payment system priority rules before withdrawing profit.
