The Personal Area, often referred to as the PA, is the central hub of account management. A PA is created when an Exness account is registered.
To log in:
- Visit the Exness website.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your Exness registered email address, and Exness account password.
- Click Continue to log in.

Personal Area: Features menu
The features menu is located at the top of your Personal Area (PA) and includes several important features:
- Balance
- Your current collective free margin of all trading accounts. Click to display your accounts. Click Transfer or Withdraw to initiate these transactions from the Withdrawal tab.
- Language
- Reflects the chosen language across the PA.
- Information
- Links to resources, including Tools & Services, Trading, and Help.
- Grid menu
- Links that will redirect you to the available Exness features and services, such as the Exness Terminal.
- Notification
- Selectable account notifications that may redirect you to a related section of your PA.
- Profile
- Your name and a portion of your registered email address are shown here. Settings will open your profile settings, while Trading Conditions lists the active trading features of this account.
Personal Area: My accounts
The My accounts tab in your Personal Area (PA) houses all the trading accounts created. Your trading accounts are sorted into three tabs:
- Real
- Active trading accounts that use real funds.
- Demo
- Active demo accounts that use virtual funds.
- Archived
- Real trading accounts that have been archived.
To open a new trading account, click + Open New Account. You can sort these accounts by newest, oldest, free margin, or nickname alphabetically and even choose to display your accounts in a list or grid view.
Trading account cards
Each trading account is shown as a card with several details, including:
- Account: Real or Demo
- Account platform:MT4 or MT5
- Account type: Standard, Standard Cent, Pro, Raw Spread or Zero
- Nickname: The default name or created nickname for this account.
- Account number: A string of numbers that represent the trading account (used as the login for trading platforms)
Click the three-dot icon to bring up the trading account’s options, including the ability to transfer funds, change max leverage, rename account, view your account information, set read-only access for your trading account, manage your statements, change trading password and archive account.
Personal Area: Deposit
The Deposit tab presents the available payment methods for your trading accounts and investment wallet based on the registered region. Each payment method displays its projected processing time, fee, and minimum/maximum deposit limit.
A Recommended tag means this method is highly successful in your registered region. Some payment methods can be taken offline for routine maintenance, so confirm current availability in the PA. Successful deposit methods are shown under My saved methods.
My saved methods
Saved deposit methods include the trading account number, full name, and account currency. To remove a saved method, click the 3-dot menu and select Delete.
Not all saved methods will have the option to delete, and deleted methods cannot be restored unless successfully used again.
Personal Area: Withdrawal
The Withdrawal tab presents the withdrawal methods for your trading accounts and investment wallet based on the registered region. Each withdrawal method shows its projected processing time, fee, and minimum/maximum withdrawal limit.
A Recommended tag means this method is highly successful in your registered region.
If any pending bank card refunds are to be made, these will be displayed at the top of this area. Successful withdrawal methods will be shown under My saved methods.
My saved methods
Saved withdrawal methods already have the trading account number, full name, and account currency entered. To remove a saved method, click the 3-dot menu and select Delete.
Not all saved methods will have the option to delete, and deleted methods cannot be restored unless successfully used again.
Internal transfers
To transfer funds between trading accounts or from a trading account in your Personal Area to a trading account in a different Personal Area, select from the following options at the bottom of the Withdrawal tab:
- Between your accounts: Between trading accounts in the same PA.
- To another user: To a trading account in a different PA.
To transfer funds to a trading account in a different PA, you will need that user's trading account number and registered email address, or the transfer will not be completed.
Personal Area: Transaction history
The Transaction history tab will list every transaction that is made in your Personal Area, including:
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Transfers
- Refunds: Bank card refunds are included here.
- Rewards: The commission charged for some account types (Raw Spread, Zero).
- Rebates: Payouts processed through the rebates system.
Clicking any item in the transaction history brings up a transaction summary, including the invoice ID and detailed transaction timeline. Click Get support to raise support requests for your payment-related transactions.
The status of a transaction type can be displayed as:
- Done: the transaction was completed.
- Processing: the transaction is not yet complete.
- Rejected: the transaction was canceled (reason may vary).
Personal Area: Analytics
The Analytics tab in your Personal Area (PA) houses market news and analysis provided by Trading Central in Analyst News and FXStreet News in Market News, respectively. Here, a link to the Economic Calendar is hosted, where events that may result in periods of higher margin requirements (HMR) are collected for your convenience.
Analyst News
The stories here are provided by Trading Central and separated by trading instrument groups. Clicking any story will open its content to the right of this feature.
You can sort these stories by filter tools such as ideas, timeframe, and trends. The search bar can also be used to find stories.
Market News
FXStreet News curates current and trending news articles related to trading. Tags can filter out which articles are presented, and clicking an article expands it.
Personal Area: Portfolio Management
The Portfolio Management tab in your Personal Area (PA) allows traders to sign up to become Portfolio Managers who can create a network with their Investors, manage their funds, set custom performance fees, and enjoy zero platform fees. The tab is only displayed if Portfolio Management is available in your region.
Personal Area: Social Trading
The Social Trading tab in your Personal Area (PA) is a management platform for strategy providers and investors. Strategies can be created and managed, and investors can also track their investments in a strategy.
This tab is only displayed if Social Trading is offered in your region.
Personal Area: Performance
The Performance tab in your Personal Area (PA) summarizes the data collected about your trading performance. You can see the overall performance of your Personal Area (all trading accounts) or select from your active trading accounts. It is separated into:
- Summary
- You can view your overall trading performance for all accounts or select a specific trading account and a timeframe from the dropdown menus. Several data points and a chart will be generated, including:
- Net profit
- Closed orders
- Trading volume
- Equity
Note: Real-time statistics are available in your trading platform; only closed orders will be shown on the chart.
- History of orders
- You can view a trading account’s comprehensive order history by Closed orders and Open orders, as well as by time period, and download a notepad file of the order history of the current selection by clicking Download CSV.
- Click a specific closed order to view its details. How an order was closed is shown under Closed by and includes a stop-out summary if the order was closed in case of stop-out.
- Exness benefits
- If available in your region, this tab lists the Exness-exclusive benefits that have saved your trading account funds, such as:
- Stop out protection
- Negative balance protection
- Swap-free
Personal Area: Settings
In your Personal Area (PA), essential account management features under Settings include:
- Profile
- Your registered personal information, verification status, and deposit limit are shown here.
- My Partner
- For traders introduced by a Partner, this area is where you can manage your shared contact details with your Partner. If you have accepted your partner’s request to share contact details, you can view their email and change the email address you shared.
Tip: To become a Partner, you can start your Exness Partnership Program journey by clicking on Invite a Friend and earn money from the tabs menu.
- Security settings
- Authorization includes your Exness account login information and the option to change your password. 2-step verification is your security type, and you can also log out from other devices to secure your account.
- Trading terminals
- The default platform your MT4 and MT5 trading accounts use can be set here. Options include:
- Exness Terminal
- Metatrader 4 or 5
- MT4 or MT5 WebTerminal
- Trading conditions
- Here, the status of available trading conditions applied to the Exness account, such as Negative Balance Protection, Stop Out Protection, Zero Stop Levels, and Swap-Free status, is shown.
- Virtual Private Server
- You can manage or apply for a free Exness VPS service if you fulfill certain conditions.
- Exness Premier
- Members of the Exness Premier Program will have their tier status and information displayed in this area.
Personal Area: Exness Assistant
In your Personal Area (PA), the bottom right area will always display the Exness Assistant widget.
Click the speech icon to get help from our always-ready chatbot. The chatbot can assist with many essential tasks related to your Exness account, such as trading, transactions, etc. You can also use the Exness Assistant to contact Support.
