Make sure you have entered your email address exact and completely, including the correct top-level domain (.com, .biz, .etc). Also check for any additional spaces or characters you may have entered unintentionally.
Invalid account password
When creating an account password during registration, make sure that your password meets the following requirements:
- Contains 8-15 characters
- Contains both uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contains a combination of numbers and English letters
