Deposit via Neteller
- Go to the Deposit section of your Personal Area (PA), and click Neteller.
- In the pop-up window, select the trading account you would like to top up, select the deposit currency, specify how much you want to deposit, and click Next.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown. Double-check all the data and click Confirm payment.
- You will be redirected to the Neteller website where you will need to key in your Neteller account details and follow the prompts to Complete Order.
- The amount will be automatically debited from your Neteller account.
- Funds will be added to your trading account instantly.
Withdraw via Neteller
- Click Neteller in the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area (PA).
- Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from, choose your withdrawal currency, enter your Neteller account email, and specify the withdrawal amount in your trading account currency. Click Next.
Note: The email used should be the same as the one used while depositing via Neteller.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area (PA) security type. Click Confirm withdrawal.
- You will receive the withdrawn funds in a few moments.
Skrill

How do I withdraw if my Perfect Money account is blocked?
You will need to contact the Support team with sufficient proof that you are the account holder, and that your Perfect Money account has been blocked/removed. You will need to provide the following, at least:
- Your Perfect Money account number
- Invoice ID(s)
- Perfect Money account statements
If this satisfies the proof requirements, a manual withdrawal request can be fulfilled using available EPS payment systems; you may need to make a minimum deposit if you haven’t used the chosen EPS payment system.
Sticpay

EPS FAQs
What are the processing times for EPS?
Deposits and withdrawals executed through EPS are instant meaning that once completed, the transaction will be carried out within a few seconds without manual processing by our financial department specialists. However, this does not guarantee that a transaction will be complete instantaneously, only that the process will begin instantly. The transaction will be completed based on maximum processing time.
If your transaction is not reflected based on the allocated processing time, please contact Support.
Does Exness charge transaction fees?
We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees when you make a deposit with most of the EPS mentioned above. The only exception is when you withdraw funds with Skrill and Perfect Money.
There is no commission for withdrawing more than USD 20 with Skrill, but if you withdraw less a commission of USD 1 will be charged. For Perfect Money, there’s a withdrawal fee of 0.5%.
Fees may be charged by certain EPS; it is highly recommended that you visit the payment platform’s homepage for any information about their transaction fees.
What if my EPS of choice is blocked for withdrawal?
If your registered account with a payment system is blocked for any reason, you may not be able to use it to make withdrawals (as per Exness rules). Your Personal Area (PA) will display a reason why it is blocked when it happens. You will need to contact Support to assist you with the withdrawal as withdrawals must be made with the same method used to deposit.
When contacting Support, please provide the following to ensure promptness:
- Account information
- Proof of account with the EPS being blocked (could be an email).
- Security verification, such as your Support PIN.
With this information, Support can assist with your withdrawal when your EPS method is unavailable.
