Waiting for your deposit to show up can be frustrating. Don’t worry, we have created a checklist for such situations:
- Check the status of your transaction in your Personal Area. Go to Transaction History and choose your account to view the status.
- Check our website for the estimated processing time for the payment method.
If your deposit has exceeded the processing time, contact our friendly Support Team with the following information:
- Confirmation of your deposit (for example, a screenshot of the obtained invoice)
- Your invoice number
- Date of deposit
- Your phone password or secret word.
