Deposits and withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there may be times when a deposit/withdrawal transaction does not reflect immediately. This can be due to a variety of factors, including but not limited to inherent limitations of the chosen payment method.
Follow the checklist below to ensure your transaction is being processed.
Check Transaction History
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Go to Transaction History.
- Select Deposit or Withdrawal from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the transaction.
- Clicking on the transaction will bring up its details; this is helpful in letting you know how your deposit is being processed.
Check for estimated processing times
Processing times vary by payment method, as seen in the Personal Area. The processing time shows the average to maximum processing time, and while the average time is typically what to expect, withdrawals can take up to the maximum length shown.
