Waiting for withdrawals can be especially frustrating if you’re unsure of a reason for the delay. With this in mind, we have prepared a list of scenarios to consider in the hopes they may be of some help while you wait.
Each payment system comes with its own expected processing time. Check how long it takes for funds to reflect by the payment system chosen. For example, credit card refunds can take 7-10 business days.
These timings may be found in this section; simply find your payment system and open the link to view its details.
When making a withdrawal, keep in mind that it must be from the same payment system that you used to deposit, and to that specific trading account; withdrawals are allowed from the trading account to which the deposit was made unless otherwise stated.
The withdrawal can be rejected, and even delayed if this is not followed.
Check the status of your transaction from your Personal Area Transaction History tab. You will be able to view the transactions by status and type (Deposit, Withdrawal or Transfer).
It’s possible that some details were not entered correctly while making the withdrawal; if there is a way to confirm this, do consider that it is possible that the withdrawal may be rejected or delayed if details aren’t exact.
