Waiting for the funds you have withdrawn can be frustrating. Don’t worry, we have prepared a checklist just for you!
If you have made a withdrawal:
- Ensure you have entered the right details while making the withdrawal: if you enter incorrect information, it is possible that the withdrawal may be rejected.
- Ensure you are making a withdrawal to the same payment system that you used while making deposits to the account: we only allow withdrawals to the accounts from where deposits were made. If this is not followed, the withdrawal can be rejected.

Check the withdrawal lead time for the payment system you have chosen: Each payment system has a different lead time, so make sure you check how long it takes for the funds to be credited by the payment system you have chosen. For example, a credit card refund can take 3-5 business days.

If you have ensured all of the above, and your withdrawal is indeed delayed, snap a photo of your payment system account as proof of the delay and contact our Support team.
