Waiting for withdrawals can be frustrating if you are unsure of the reason for the delay. Here are a few reasons that may contribute to the waiting time.
There may be specific processing times for certain payment systems. Do check how long it takes for funds to reflect by the payment system chosen on your PA. For example, credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to complete.
These timings can be found in the Help Center for Payment Systems; simply locate the country you’re residing in and find the payment system to view its details.
Check the status of your transaction from the Transaction History tab in your Personal Area. You will be able to view the transactions by status and type (Deposit, Withdrawal, or Transfer).
You can filter your accounts using the All accounts tab. If you are unable to see this filter, your accounts have no transactions.
When making a withdrawal, keep in mind that the withdrawal action must be from the same payment system that you used to deposit across your Personal Area. Additionally, withdrawals are to be made to those payment systems in the same proportion as the deposits were made and are subject to the payment system priority rules.
The withdrawal action can be rejected, and even delayed if this is not followed.
It may be possible that some details were not entered correctly while making the withdrawal; if there is a way to confirm this, do consider that it is possible that the withdrawal may be rejected or delayed if the details aren’t exact.
