Are you getting the error Trade is disabled when you’re trying to place an order?
When you see this error on the platform, it means that trading is not allowed for the particular account. There are two reasons for this:
- Incorrect Expert Advisor settings
You’re using the incorrect settings with your Expert Advisor.
You can resolve this by using the correct settings for your Expert Advisor.
- Unavailable currency pair
You’re trying to place an order on a currency pair which is not available for trading anymore (e.g. suffix k or suffix f).
To solve this issue, you should choose another suffix. You may click here to view the available suffixes for each account.
