If you are seeing this error, it could be due to two reasons:

Trading has been disabled for that particular account.
This can happen due to KYC requirements or other internal reasons. When attempting to place a trade, make sure you have completed your profile verification to avoid this from happening.

Trading has been disabled for the instrument you are placing the order on.
Trading on certain instruments may be disabled temporarily or permanently. You can check instrument availability from our website which will display tradable instruments at all times. To solve this, you can choose another instrument to trade on.
