You can expect to see this error when starting up your trading terminal, and it may be caused by a momentary interruption of bandwidth when starting up, or when not logged in with a valid trading account.
You must be successfully logged in with a valid trading account at least, or this error will persist. Make sure you are using an MT4 trading account for MT4, or an MT5 trading account for MT5. Check the connection status to verify a successful log in.

If you continue to see this error even after successfully logging in with your trading account, then:
- Right-click on the chart window and select “Refresh” to manually update the chart.
- Click and drag any instrument from the Market Watch window onto the affected chart window to see if it updates.
If the problem persists, an unstable internet connection may explain the cause; we suggest seeing if you qualify for our free VPS service, or you can get in touch with the Exness Support Team for further assistance.
