When the buy and sell buttons in your trading terminal are greyed out or cannot be activated, it is likely the order size is not a valid amount for that trading account’s type. To verify the problem, check that the order size is valid by checking the minimum and maximum order sizes by account type, which can be found in the Specification tab under Minimum/Maximum Trading Volume.

To access the Specification tab in the WebTerminal or desktop terminal, right-click on Market Watch and click Specification. 

For the Exness Trade app, under Trade, choose the currency and you will see the Specification tab.
