If you encounter a problem on the website, we might ask you to generate network logs. By reviewing the logs, we can find out what’s causing the issue and solve it in the shortest time possible.
Don’t worry, the network logs (.HAR file) allow us to pinpoint the problem and try to solve it together.
Check the instructions for the browser you are using:
Chrome
- Open the console (F12).
- Click Network.
- Try to reproduce the issue.
- Right-click anywhere within the Name area and select Save all as HAR with content.
- Name and save the .HAR file to your computer.
Firefox
- Open the console (F12).
- Click Console and make sure that JavaScript and Logging are switched on.
a.To check if JavaScript is enabled, type about:config and click I accept the risk!
b.Then type javascript.enabled in the search bar and ensure that it says True under Value; if not, right-click and select Toggle to turn it on.
- Try to reproduce the issue.
- Click HAR on the far-right of the Console bar, and select Save All As HAR.
- Name and save the .HAR file to your computer.
Internet Explorer
- Open the console (F12).
- Click Network.
- Try to reproduce the issue.
- Click the Save icon and save as an .HAR or .xml file (either will be sufficient).
Safari
- Open the console (Cmd+Alt+i).
- Open the Network tab.
- Try to reproduce the issue.
- Click the Export icon far-right of the Console’s menu.
- Name and save the .HAR file to your computer.
