Deposit with ChipPay
- Select ChipPay (ex-OTC365) from the Deposit section of your Personal Area.
- Choose the trading account you would like to top up, as well as the deposit amount, then click Continue.
- A transaction summary is presented; click Confirm to continue.
- Please make note of the details of your deposit on the next page, and then click Next to continue.
- You are now redirected to the ChipPay website, and must accept their User Service Agreement by clicking Agree.
- A page with the payment details for your deposit will appear; follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment then click Remittance Done.
- A message will confirm your deposit is being processed, which completes the deposit action.
Withdrawal with ChipPay
- Select ChipPay (ex-OTC365) from the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.
- Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from and enter the withdrawal amount in the shown currency, then click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be displayed. Enter the verification code sent to your phone or email, based on your chosen security type, then confirm the action.
- Complete the presented form, including:
- Your bank’s name
- Your bank account number
- The bank account owner’s full name
Click Confirm when finished.
- Your withdrawal is complete and the funds should reflect with the processing time.
