Having your deposit or withdrawal rejected can be displeasing. Deposits and withdrawals may be rejected based on a few reasons, here are some of them:

Do check out your Transaction History to view the status of your transactions. You can filter your accounts using the All accounts tab. If you are unable to see this filter, your accounts have no transactions.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

The withdrawal amount is higher than the deposited amount. |
Before any profit can be withdrawn from a trading account, the full amount deposited into that trading account with a bank card must be completely withdrawn. Take note of the payment rules for withdrawals. |

There are insufficient funds to withdraw. | The maximum amount you can withdraw at any given time is equal to your trading account’s free margin shown in your Personal Area. | |
The OTP sent to your security type was not entered. |
Withdrawals through crypto and local PSPs will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes if the OTP is not entered. |

How do I find out why my transaction was rejected?
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Go to Transaction History.
- Find the transaction that has been rejected and hover your mouse over the ‘Rejected’ status.
- You will be able to see the rejection reason in a small pop-up. For further clarification, please contact Support.
