Follow the steps if you find yourself getting a Bank Card error that says “Perform the refund of the amount deposited within 90 days” when a withdrawal is attempted 90 days after the last deposit.
Consider the following:
- Ensure the bank card profile was not deleted from the Personal Area.
- If it has been deleted, please make a deposit with any available card and send the refund to a newly added card (do not delete this card until the deposit has reflected).
- This new card will be available for future withdrawals.
