Once done, follow the steps outlined below to make a new upload:
For Web Personal Area users:
- Log in to the Personal Area.
- Look for the verification status at the top of the screen.
- Click Resend or Complete verification to continue.
- On the next screen click Submit a new document.
- You can delete the uploaded document or add a new document.
- Congratulations, your new document is now under review.
For Exness Trader users:
- Log in to the app.
- Tap the Profile icon.
- Tap Complete verification.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to start a new upload.
- Once complete, your new document will be under review.
