There are multiple ways to access your trading history. Let us take you through all the different ways:
1. Personal Area
Your entire trading history can be found in your Personal Area (PA). To access this, follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Personal Area and go to the performance tab.
- Select History of orders, the account of your choice from the dropdown and the preferred time range before retrieving the data.
Switch between the tabs to see the statistics of your account’s net profit, equity, total orders and trading volume.
2. Trading Platform
Desktop terminals
If using MT4 or MT5 desktop terminals, you can access trading history from the Account History tab.
Note: History for MT4 is archived after a minimum of 14 days in order to reduce the load on our servers. In any case, you will still be able to access the trading history from your log files. MT5 order history is available indefinitely.
Mobile terminals
If using MetaTrader mobile applications, you can check the history of the trades performed on the mobile device by clicking on the History tab.
3. Monthly/daily statements
Exness sends account statements to your mail both daily and monthly (unless unsubscribed). These statements contain the trading history of your accounts.
4. Support
You can contact our Support Team via email or chat, with your trading account number and Support PIN to request account history statements of your real accounts.
