Yes, you can use multiple bank cards to transact with the trading accounts in your Personal Area.
However be aware of the Exness general rules for payments that apply to multiple bank cards.
- Any deposits made with a bank card must be withdrawn to the same bank card as a refund request before profits can be withdrawn.
- Refund requests and profit withdrawals must be proportional to every bank card used to deposit (example below).
If you adhere to these guidelines, it is possible to use multiple bank cards to transact with your Exness trading accounts.
Proportional withdrawal example:
You have 2 bank cards; you use card A to deposit USD 20 and card B to deposit USD 25 into a trading account, which totals USD 45.
- At the end of your trading session, you’ve made a profit of USD 45, bringing the trading account’s total equity to USD 90.
- In order to withdraw the total amount of USD 90 you will first have to make refund requests for USD 20 to card A and USD 25 to card B.
- Then, since profit withdrawals must be proportional, you withdraw a profit of USD 20 to card A and USD 25 to card B.
It is advisable to track how much has been deposited by each bank card to make withdrawals more convenient. You will also be notified and guided by required transactions within your Personal Area. In exceptional cases the proportional rule may be waived, pending account verification and under strict advice of our payment specialists; contact Support if you are experiencing difficulty withdrawing funds with your bank cards.
