You can update your personal information via the Personal Area (PA). Your personal information includes your registered name, country of residence, and physical address.
To review your current personal information, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Choose Settings from the main menu on the left and your current personal information will be displayed.
To update address, follow the steps below:
- For unverified clients, you can upload the Proof of Residence (POR) from the Personal Area and the address will be automatically updated based on the document uploaded.
- For verified clients, contact the Support team to assist you with this action; we recommend having your personal information and Support PIN ready to speed up the process.
Note: Address shown in PA will remain as it was when you first updated your personal information. Updated addresses will reflect in our database.
To update other personal information such as the account holder’s name, please contact Exness Support with your Support PIN ready for further assistance.
