Deposit with Offline Bank Transfer
- Go to the Deposit section in your Personal Area, and choose Offline Bank Transfer.
- Select the trading account you would like to top up, the currency, as well as the deposit amount, then click Next.
- A summary of the transaction will be presented to you; simply click Confirm Payment if you are happy to continue.
- Provide the following information:
- Unique population registry code (CURP) or Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).
- Identity Document number
- Your bank, chosen from the dropdown menu.
Click Pay when you are ready to confirm your information.
- You will be redirected to an invoice page which you’re recommended to save. Within 48 hours, make a payment to your bank to complete the transaction; it may take up to 24-48 business hours to reflect.
