Exness Trade provides the same payment operations available on the web Personal Area within a mobile trading app. At Exness, we offer a wide range of payment methods in order to reduce the waiting times and eliminate hassles for our clients. To ensure this, we have implemented a set of general rules which you can learn more about here.
Making Deposits
Deposits can be initiated from the main page of the app by tapping on the Deposit symbol shown in the account card on the top of the screen.
You can only make a total deposit of USD 2 000 into your accounts in the first 30 days (counted from the date of first deposit) if your Personal Area is unverified. Once you verify your Proof of Identity and submit the Economic Profile, this limit is increased to USD 50 000. Have your account fully verified to remove all limitations.
To make a deposit:
- Tap Deposit on the trading account displayed on your main screen Accounts tab. To find a different trading account, click on the dropdown next to the trading account currently displayed and choose from the list.
- Select a payment method of your choice.
- Next, enter the amount. The minimum and maximum deposit limits for the chosen payment method are displayed on the screen for your convenience. Fill in the amount you wish to deposit and tap Continue.
- Note that the trading account number cannot be changed from this screen. To change the trading account number, cancel the deposit operation and go back to the main screen to pick a new trading account.
- Check details and Confirm.
- You will be redirected to the payment method’s site to complete the payment.
Available payment methods
Exness Trade offers a variety of payment methods, depending on the country you registered from, including:
1. Electronic Payment Systems (EPS)
All EPS supported in your country can be found by tapping Deposit under your trading account, listed as Electronic Money in this area. The advantage of EPS is that they are mostly instant, which is great when you are actively trading.
Processing time for EPS deposits and withdrawals are instant, meaning the transaction will be carried out within a few seconds without manual processing by our financial department specialists. However, this does not guarantee that a transaction will complete instantaneously, only that the process is begun instantly.
2. Bank cards
In certain countries, you can use 3D secure bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB) to top up your trading accounts with Exness Trade.
You will need the following information when using bank cards:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- CVV
- Card holder's name
Any card used is stored as a payment method for future transactions.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals via bank cards are instant, meaning the transaction will be carried out within a few seconds. However, it may take up to 24 hours.
3. Bitcoin wallet
Only once your Personal Area is fully verified, will you be able to activate your Exness bitcoin wallet.
Crypto payment methods like Bitcoin are unavailable on the iOS version of the Exness Trade app. You can use the Android version or the web browser on your iOS mobile device if using crypto methods to make payments.
Note: Inactive Bitcoin accounts with an amount less than USD 1 will be archived. Inactivity is defined as 90 days of no transactions.
To activate your wallet:
- Go to your Personal Area > Deposit tab.
- Select Bitcoin and click on Continue to activate the wallet.
You can use this wallet to make deposits into your accounts using Exness Trade once activated.
To make a deposit using bitcoin on the app:

- A QR code will appear along with your crypto wallet address. Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address to transfer funds from your existing third-party bitcoin wallet to your Exness crypto wallet.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals via Bitcoin wallet will take up to 1 day.
4. Mobile banking methods
Deposits made through mobile banking apps are supported in certain countries. QR codes are displayed when the basic details for the deposit have been entered, if supported, and can be saved to use later to complete the deposit.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking will vary depending on which region you are in. Read more on processing times for deposits and withdrawals.
5. Payments using bank cashier
If you choose to use a bank that accepts paper payment slips when making a deposit, you will see a screen with the generated PDF file after the amount and method confirmation screen. This document can then be printed and used at the appropriate bank to complete the transaction.
Note that the availability of the payment methods depends on the country of registration.
Making withdrawals
Withdrawing funds with Exness Trade is similar to making deposits. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw funds from and hit Withdraw.
