It’s easier than ever to fund your trading accounts with Ozow, available for online transactions supported by most major banks in South Africa. Withdrawals can be completed using the internet banking payment method. No processing fees are applied to any transactions with this payment method.
Note: If this payment method is currently not available, please choose from other available payment methods in your Personal Area (PA). Currently Ozow is not supported for Capitec bank accounts; confirm your bank is supported in your PA.

Deposit with Ozow
- Select Ozow from the Deposit section in your Personal Area.
- Choose the trading account you would like to top up, as well as the deposit amount, then click Continue.
- A transaction summary is presented; click Confirm to continue.
- Now confirm your registered phone number (this must be the same one registered with Ozow), then click Pay to continue. Be sure to include the country code (+27) when entering this phone number in (i.e +2784XXXXXXX).
- You will be redirected to a page where you must select your bank.
- Log into your online banking account and follow the prompts to complete your deposit action.
Critical: always ensure that you follow the instructions above for every deposit; do not use any saved banking account details to attempt a direct deposit as this may result in the deposit being rejected.
Withdraw with internet banking
Please note that you may need to contact Support to complete a first-time payment account verification before this option can be used.
- Select Internet Banking from the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.
- Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from and enter the withdrawal amount, then click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be displayed. Enter the verification code sent to your phone or email, based on your chosen security type, then confirm the action.
- The next page will require that you provide the following:

- Bank name
- Bank account number
- Bank account owner’s name

Click Confirm once all the information is entered.
- The funds will be credited to your bank account within the processing times as shown in the table above. Transactions may take longer to process on Fridays, weekends, and holidays.
Internet banking support
If your transactions do not reflect in your trading account within the maximum processing time, please contact Support with the details of your deposit or withdrawal handy; providing a valid proof of payment from your bank is essential to rectify issues resulting from an incorrect reference provided during the transaction.
