Important information about wire transfers
- A fully verified Exness account is required to use wire transfers.
- *Please check your Personal Area to confirm which wire transfer options are available to you; if not presented, then wire transfers are not available in your region.
- If your provided Proof of Identity is from a country where wire transfer is not supported, it will not be unavailable in your PA.
- If withdrawals are not available in your PA, any other withdrawal method is acceptable, as Exness will manually process the withdrawal once you contact Support.
Deposit with wire transfer (via ClearBank)
- Select Wire Transfer (via ClearBank) from the Deposit section in your PA.
- Choose the trading account you would like to top up, as well as the deposit amount, and select the currency, then click Continue.
- A transaction summary is presented; click Confirm to continue.
- Enter the required information in the subsequent form, including:

- SWIFT/BIC code
- Bank’s name
- IBAN/Account number
- Bank account holder’s name
Click Pay once all this information has been entered.
- The payment details required for the next step are now presented; please follow the on-screen instructions to make a direct transfer with the bank account details shown.
It is essential to include the reference ID shown when completing the bank transfer form.
- Once the bank transfer form is complete, the deposit action is complete and the funds should reflect in your chosen trading account soon.
Withdrawal with wire transfers (via ClearBank)
- Select Wire Transfer (via ClearBank) in the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.
- Choose the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from, choose your withdrawal currency and the withdrawal amount. Click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type. Click Confirm.
- Complete the presented form, including bank account details and the beneficiary’s personal details; please ensure every field is filled in, then click Confirm.
- A final screen will confirm that withdrawal action is complete and the funds will reflect in your bank account once processed.

If your transactions do not reflect in your trading account within the processing time, please contact Support with the details of your deposit or withdrawal handy; providing proof of payment or bank statements with your name, the amount and any additional particulars will increase our ability to assist you.
