Responsibility - The client is responsible for ensuring access to the necessary hardware and software required to operate a VPS account. Double-check that your internet connection and device does not limit or interfere with your ability to trade with the VPS.
Liability - Exness shall not be liable for losses which may occur as a result of an inability to access the VPS account. If there is difficulty, it is the responsibility of the user to contact the Support team in a timely manner to resolve any issues.
The Support team may not be able to respond instantly to issues arising from the use of the VPS service, so do allow a reasonable amount of time to address a query or issue. Your satisfaction is our highest priority but the nature of timezones, connectivity and so on can challenge or limit our ability to respond.
Unacceptable Use - Exness VPS may not be used in any manner that constitutes an unacceptable use, including but not limited to, use that may be unlawful, illegal, or inappropriate.
If your VPS monitoring account is showing no trading activity (with or without using VPS) for 14 consecutive days, you will receive a suspension warning email. If there is still no trading activity after an additional 2 days, your VPS service will be suspended with all data stored by the VPS cleared and unrecoverable.
- We recommend you trade with your VPS monitoring account while waiting for the VPS login details to arrive as this time counts towards the 14 day warning. If you wish to trade on a different trading account, it may be advisable to change the VPS monitoring account to make sure your VPS remains active.
- Pending orders do not qualify as trading activity; open market orders to avoid VPS suspension.
