Deposit with offline bank transfer
- Select Offline Bank Transfer from the Deposit area of your Personal Area.
- Select the trading account you would like to top up, as well as the deposit amount (only integer amounts supported), then click Next.
- A transaction summary is presented; click Confirm Payment to continue.
- You will be redirected to a page with instructions on how to continue the deposit; once you have followed these, click I paid to continue.
- A page counting down the processing time will appear; do not close this page.
- Once processed, you will be asked to upload your payment confirmation. Click Submit once done.
- The deposit action is now complete.
Withdraw with bank transfer
- Choose Bank Transfer in the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.
- Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from and specify the withdrawal amount in KRW currency (only integer amounts supported). Click Next.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type. Click Confirm.
- Complete the form with information including:
- Your bank
- First name
- Last name
- Bank account number Click Confirm once the information is entered.
- The withdrawal action is now complete.
