- Email: emails sent from an …@exness.com address. For example, email@example.com.
- MetaTrader: messages sent through MetaTrader’s internal mailbox.
- Phone: telephone conversations on the official number listed on the Contacts page of our website.
- Live Chat: Live Chat sessions with a member of our Support Team.
Exness does not use these forms of communication:
- Yahoo Messenger
- Facebook Messenger
- QQ, etc.
This list is not exhaustive of all available platforms, but it’s best to contact Support if there is any doubt before engaging with unknown messages (especially suspicious links).
Any email sent from a domain other than @exness.com is not an official communication from Exness, even if the email address contains the word - Exness. If you receive an email from a suspicious address please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
