The simple answer to this is yes, but it will depend on the nationality and residency status of the applicant.
To verify an Exness account when residing in a foreign country, please ensure that this country is not one that Exness does not provide services to. Then you must simply follow the steps to register an Exness account and provide a valid Proof of Residence (POR) document, proving you are a resident of this foreign country.
Generally, Exness accepts residents who live in countries where services are provided, as long as that applicant’s residence status is legal and permanent (i.e, not temporary, on holiday, etc).
Exness accepts:
- Nationals that reside in their origin country if we provide services there.
- Nationals of countries we don't provide services to, but who live in a country we provide services to; for example, you are a Malaysian citizen living in India.
Note: Only residents of Kenya can register with Tadenex Limited.
Exness does not accept:
- Nationals of countries we provide services to who live in countries we do not provide services to.
- Nationals of countries we don’t provide services to, who live in countries we do not provide services to; for example, you are an Indian citizen living in Malaysia.
The table* below shows exceptions where regardless of where the national lives, Exness cannot provide services:
