How to enable the screenshot feature on your Android phone
The Exness Trade app for Android disables the screenshot feature by default for security and privacy reasons. However, if you wish to allow screenshots, please follow the instructions below
- Open the Exness Trade app and select Profile.
- Select the gear icon at the top right of your phone screen, click on Settings, and unselect the "Hide screen content on recent tasks/disable screenshots" option.
This feature will disable a user from taking a screenshot of the app and hiding the screen's content when the app is minimized in your phone's task manager.
However, if you wish to take a screenshot to share with the Support team, unselect the ‘Hide screen content on recent tasks/disable screenshots’ option in the app's Settings area.
Now you will be able to take a screenshot, and your phone will display the content on the screen when the app is minimized in the task manager.
