5. A confirmation page will display an estimated processing time, which completes this deposit action.

Withdrawal with offline bank transfers

1. Select Offline Bank Transfer from the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.
2. Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from, the chosen currency of withdrawal, and the withdrawal amount. Click Next.
3. A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type. Click Confirm.
4. You will be redirected to a form that must be completed including:

      3. Account number (IBAN)

Click Confirm to complete the transaction.

Your withdrawal will now be processed in up to 72 hours.
