Whenever a successful deposit or withdrawal is made from your Personal Area (PA), that payment method may become a saved method in your PA. You can view, create and delete these saved methods at your convenience.
Note: saved methods only become available after your first deposit is successful.
To access your saved payment methods:
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Click on the Deposit tab
Your saved methods are shown at the top of the deposit page.
The main functions of the Client Payment Profile (CPP) are as follows:

How to view and save a method
To view your saved payment methods, open the Deposit tab in your PA. Your saved methods are under My saved methods.
A payment method is automatically saved when you make a successful deposit and will appear in your Deposit tab instantly.
Do note that if a payment method is shown to be recommended, then it has a high rate of successful deposit for your registered region. We recommend reading more about deposits for more information.
Transact with a saved method
Simply select a saved method at the top of the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs, and all your transaction details (account number, full name, account currency) will be entered automatically.
Delete a saved method
To delete a saved method, open the 3-dot menu located in the upper-right corner of the saved method then click Delete. Confirm the delete action to remove the saved method from your Personal Area.
Please note that not all payment methods will present the option to delete. Any deleted saved method cannot be restored until the payment method is used once again.
View the details of saved methods
Open the 3-dot menu located on the upper-right corner of the saved method then click View details to open its particulars.
