Deposit with offline bank transfers
- Select Offline Bank Transfer from the Deposit section of your Personal Area.
- Select the trading account you would like to top up, the currency, as well as the deposit amount, then click Continue.
- You will be redirected to a payment page where you are required to fill the form with these details:

- Account number
- Account type (Savings, Checking, Vista, RUT)
- Bank name selected from the list
- RUT (document number)
Once done, click Next to the next page instructing you to pay the deposit amount.
- A page providing payment details for your bank’s application is displayed. Ensure that the deposit amount matches the amount from step 2, and add the reference code as the transaction comment. Your deposit will be processed once the funds have been sent.
Withdrawal with offline bank transfers
To withdraw funds from your trading account:
- Select Offline Bank Transfer from the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.
- Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from, the chosen currency of withdrawal, and the withdrawal amount. Click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you by email or SMS, depending on your Personal Area security type. Click Confirm.
- You will be redirected to a form requiring the following information:

- Bank name selected from the list
- RUT (document number)
- Account type
- Account number
- Account name
Click Confirm to complete the transaction.
- A final summary of the withdrawal will be presented to you; congratulations, your funds should reflect within 48 hours.
