The ChatBot is the recommended channel to upload your screenshots, and a convenient way to contact the Support team. Find the ChatBot at the bottom-right corner of any Exness page.
During your communications with Support in the ChatBot, you may be asked to provide your screenshot; when this happens a paperclip icon will appear next to the text entry field. Click on the paperclip icon, and a window will ask you to locate your screenshot on your device. Find the screenshot, select it and confirm its upload and the file will be transferred to Support.
