    "Illiquidity" error

    Why did this happen?

    This error signifies that there is not enough liquidity in the market to execute a trade. This may happen during but not limited to the following:

    • High-importance news

    • Market closing/opening hours

    • Rollover

    • Trading holidays

    How to solve this error?

    A step to avoid an illiquidity error is to avoid trading when the market is highly volatile and has low liquidity. Stay updated with what’s happening in the financial markets with the economic calendar, as well as the trading hours, and holiday market hours. 

    If the issue persists, open a ticket in the support hub for assistance.
