Receiving an ‘Illiquidity’ error usually signifies that there is not enough liquidity in the market to execute a trade.
This may happen during but not limited to the following:
- High-importance news
- Market closing/opening hours
- Rollover
- Trading holidays
A step to avoid an illiquidity error is to avoid trading when the market is highly volatile and has low liquidity.
Do stay up-to-date with what’s happening in the financial markets on the Exness Economic Calendar, as well as the trading hours, and holiday market hours.
If the issue still persists, please don’t hesitate to contact the Exness Support Team for further assistance.
