To enhance trading server performance and improve our services, we perform regular maintenance. Below is the schedule for these maintenance periods:
- Saturday maintenance: Every Saturday, maintenance takes place between 05:00 to 09:00 UTC+0 (during winter) and 04:00 to 08:00 UTC+0 (during summer).
- Sunday maintenance: Every Sunday, maintenance occurs between 06:00 to 08:00 UTC+0.
During this period, a server restart may result in downtime of up to 25 minutes per server.
- Daily maintenance: Daily maintenance may also occur at night after the rollover, around 23:15 UTC+0, and typically lasts up to 15 minutes per server.
Potential impact during maintenance:
During maintenance periods, the following services may be temporarily interrupted:
- Trading
- Account visibility in the Personal Area
- Internal transfers, deposits, and withdrawals
While most maintenance activities have a minor impact, we recommend planning your trading activities accordingly.
Maintenance periods may be extended or shortened depending on the work required each week. You will receive a notification in your Personal Area (PA) before and during the weekend maintenance window.
Please be advised that, as outlined in the Client Agreement (p. 1.5), Exness will not be held responsible for any potential losses that may occur during scheduled maintenance. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing any inconvenience.
