We perform regular server optimization to enhance trading server performance. By limiting any excess load on the servers, we prepare the servers for major events such as news.
- Weekend optimization on our servers is performed on Saturdays between 05:00 to 09:00 UTC+0 (Winter) and between 04:00 to 08:00 UTC+0 (Summer). Optimization on Sunday is between 05:00 to 07:30 UTC+0.
- Typically there is no impact on trading platforms during optimization, other than during the server restart around 06:00 UTC+0 on Sunday; downtime lasts approximately 15 minutes per server during restarts.
- Daily optimization is performed each night after rollover around 23:15 UTC+0. This usually takes approximately 15 minutes per server at maximum.
