We accept deposits from prepaid cards issued by banks and other payment institutions. The prepaid card must be issued to a name that exactly matches the Exness account holder. 

We do not accept prepaid cards issued from the United States of America.

Please be aware:

• As per our general rules for withdrawals, deposits with prepaid cards are subject to a refund request. The amount used to deposit must be withdrawn fully before any profit withdrawals. Use Transaction History in your Personal Area (PA) to track the deposits made that need to be refunded.
• Some payment institutions that issue prepaid cards may not support profit withdrawals and the withdrawal request will be rejected. The withdrawal amount will be returned to your trading account in a few hours and you can use any other available payment method instead. You may need to contact support to verify the chosen payment method.
