1. In the Accounts tab, head to your open orders in the Open tab.
2. Tap the order to close, and then tap Close order, or simply swipe left on the order and tap Close.
3. For multiple orders for one instrument, swipe left on the instrument and tap Close all.
4. Tap Confirm to close the order(s).
5. A notification confirms that the order(s) has been closed.

To partially close the order:

1. In the Accounts tab, head to your open orders in the Open tab.
2. Tap the order to close partially, then select the Partial Close tab.
3. Set the closing volume amount and then tap Close.
4. Tap Confirm.
5. A notification confirms that the order has been partially closed.

To close all orders:

1. In the Accounts tab, head to your open orders in the Open tab.
2. At the bottom of your open orders, tap Close all positions.
3. Select an option of either:
   1. Close all
   2. Close all profitable
   3. Close all losing
   4. Close all Buy
   5. Close all Sell
4. Tap Confirm.
5. A notification confirms the number of positions closed and the resulting profit/loss.

This feature sends one request to the server. The server executes this request one by one separately and consecutively for each order, which may result in the trade being executed at a different price. All orders will be closed at the market price without any requotes.

Close by order function: 

1. In the Accounts tab, head to your open orders in the Open tab.
2. Select the instrument with multiple open orders with opposite orders and select the Close by tab.
3. Select an order to close.
4. A confirmation message with lots, current open and close prices, and profit and loss made will be displayed.
5. Tap Confirm.
6. A notification confirms the number of positions closed and the resulting profit/loss.

During a close-by operation, the open price of the second position is used to close the first position, while the second position is closed at the open price of the first. If the orders have different volumes, one will be fully closed and the other partially closed. 

The close-by order function for copy trading accounts is not available.

1. Close an order from that trading instrument’s chart by clicking the x icon for the order or from the portfolio tab with the x icon.
2. To close all active orders for a particular instrument, click on the x icon then confirm to close them at the market price.
3. Close all open positions for every traded instrument by clicking the Close All button at the bottom-right of the portfolio area.

When performing close all operations on Exness Terminal, the server executes positions consecutively within a few milliseconds between each order. The time required for execution varies depending on the number of orders, and it is normal for the process to take longer with a more significant number of orders.

Close by order function:

1. Click on the open order.
2. Select the Close by tab. If you have multiple opposite orders, a list will be displayed.
3. Click the opposite order in which you want to close the open order.

The close-by order function for copy trading accounts is not available.

To close an order on MT4 (desktop):

• Double-click the order you want to close in the Trade tab (in the Terminal area), then click the yellow Close By Market button.
• Right-click your order in the Trade tab, select Close Order, and confirm it. With One-Click Trading active, the order closes when Close Order is selected.
• Click the X on the right of the order in the Trade tab; this closes the order instantly with One-Click Trading active.

Close-by order function for MT4 (desktop):

1. Double-click any hedged order in the Trade tab to open the Order window.
2. Under Type, select Multiple Close By, then click the yellow Close button.
3. All hedged orders will be closed; any remaining unhedged orders will stay open.

The steps above are similar to how to close an order on WebTerminal and MultiTerminal.

The close-by order function for copy trading accounts is not available.

To close an order on MT4 (mobile):
 

1. Tap on the Trade icon.
2. Tap an order to see its details (Price, S/L, T/P, order ID, etc.).
3. Tap and hold the order, then tap Close or Modify an order.
4. Tap Close Order to close the order.
5. You will receive a notification confirming the action.

To close an order on MT5 (desktop):

• Double-click the order you want to close in the Trade tab (in the Terminal area), then click the yellow Close By Market button.
• Right-click your order in the Trade tab, select Close Order, and confirm it. With One-Click Trading active, the order closes when Close Order is selected.
• Click the X on the right of the order in the Trade tab; this closes the order instantly with One-Click Trading active.

Close by order function on MT5 (desktop):

1. Double-click on either hedged order in the Trade tab to open the Order window.
2. Under Type, select Close By, and then select the order in the area that has appeared.
3. Click the yellow Close button.
4. The hedged orders are now closed.

The close-by order function for copy trading accounts is not available.

To bulk close orders on MT5 (desktop):
 

1. Click on the Trade tab.
2. Right-click on any of the open positions, and then select Bulk Operations. You will see a list of options to bulk close orders. Each option corresponds to a specific type of bulk close order. Here are options to initiate the bulk close:
   1. Close All Positions: Closes all open positions for all instruments. When orders are hedged (fully or partially), positions will be closed by opposite positions, similar to Close By.
   2. Close Profitable Positions: Closes all positions in profit.
   3. Close Losing Positions: Closes all positions in loss.
   4. Close Sell/Buy Positions: Closes only positions with the same order type.
   5. Close “Symbol” Positions: Closes only positions for the same symbol/instrument.
   6. Close “Type” “Symbol” Positions: Closes all positions with the same order type for the same symbol/instrument only.
   7. Close by “Symbol”: Closes hedged positions for the same symbol/instrument using the Close By function.

The close-by order function for copy trading accounts  is not available. If you have hedged positions, the Bulk close all option may not work as expected.

When a bulk close order is performed, the server will execute orders one by one, which may take a few milliseconds between each order.

The steps above are similar to how to close an order on the WebTerminal.

To close an order on MT5 (mobile) device:

1. Tap on the Trade icon.
2. Tap an order to see its details (Price, S/L, T/P, order ID, etc.).
3. Tap and hold the order, then tap Close or Modify an order.
4. Tap Close Order to close the order.
5. You will receive a notification confirming the action.
