Steps vary by payment method, but generally, the process for depositing money in your trading account is as follows:
- Open the Deposit section of your Personal Area (PA).
- Select a payment method from those available.
- Complete all required fields, including the deposit amount and trading account selection, then select Continue.
- Choose Confirm if the summary of your deposit is correct.
- Follow further on-screen instructions depending on your chosen payment method until the deposit is complete.
Available payment methods depend on:
- Your registered region
- The account verification status
- The payment methods supported in your area
If a payment method is not shown, it may currently be unavailable for your account or region.
Before making a deposit
Please ensure that:
- Your account is fully verified.
- Your payment method is available in your region.
- The payment account is registered in your name.
Go to Transaction history and select Get support to raise a support request.
