Real trading accounts are automatically archived, and MT demo trading accounts are deleted after a set period of inactivity.
For both MT4 and MT5, after 3 days of inactivity, real trading accounts may be archived.
Real trading accounts can be archived manually or are archived automatically after a certain period of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as the lack of trading operations or balance operations.
MT demo trading accounts are irreversibly deleted after inactivity.
Once archived, real trading accounts cannot be used to trade unless reactivated. Funds left in an archived trading account will remain, but the trading account must be reactivated to restore its transaction options.
