Trading accounts based on the Exness platform can only be used with Exness Terminal and the Exness Trade app. These accounts are not compatible with MetaTrader platforms.
Exness platform is only available in certain regions.
Available account types: Standard, Pro, Raw spread, Zero and Standard Cent*.
Available instruments: Forex, cryptocurrencies, indices, stocks, and commodities.
Standard Cent account is only available in certain regions.
To open an Exness platform-based account:
- Select Open new account from the My Accounts tab.
- Choose a trading account type from those presented, and Continue.
- In the account setup, choose Exness as the platform type.
- Click on the Trade button to be redirected to the Exness Terminal to begin trading.

Why can’t I log into MT trading platforms?
Accounts created with the Exness platform type are only compatible with Exness Terminal and the Exness Trade app. To use MetaTrader platforms, create an MT4 or MT5 account.
Can I use expert advisors (EAs) on Exness platform accounts?
No, expert advisors are only available on MT4 and MT5 accounts. To use EAs, open an MT4 or MT5 trading account.
Why can't I see Exness platform accounts under the Performance tab widget?
At the moment, the Exness platform accounts will only appear in the Summary and History of orders widgets under the Performance tab. You’ll still receive daily statements that show performance details.
Benefits are applied to all users even if not displayed.
