Our most common Personal Area (PA) login issues are listed by topic below:
Incorrect username or password entry
- Your username is your registered email address, not your trading account number or name.
- Ensure there are no extra spaces and typos.
- Ensure Caps Lock is off.
- Make sure your typing language is set to English.
You can reset your PA password if it is forgotten.
Email spelling error during registration
Register again with the correct email if you suspect this issue. If a new PA is created with your correct email, then it is likely the original registration had a typo.
Terminated Personal Area
A terminated Personal Area cannot be recovered or logged into. Check your email for the termination confirmation.
Use a different email to register a new PA, since you cannot use the same email to register multiple PAs (including terminated PAs).
Technical issue
Still can’t log in? Follow these additional steps on your desktop browser:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies by following this guide .
- Try logging in using a different browser or use incognito mode (Press CTRL+Shift+N).
