Exness is committed to treating clients fairly and conducting business in a professional and transparent manner. We take reasonable steps to provide best execution in line with our regulatory obligations and industry best practices.
Exness is your counterparty
Exness operates through several entities that are authorised and regulated in different jurisdictions. You can find information about your applicable entity in your Personal Area, in the footer section. Your applicable entity acts as the sole counterparty to the transactions you enter into with Exness, meaning that you trade directly with us rather than with the underlying market or exchange.
Multi-Asset Market Maker
Your applicable entity, and/or another Exness entity, acts as the market maker, meaning that liquidity and execution are provided internally. Under this model, we have more control over factors such as pricing, execution, speed and costs. Managing execution in-house allows us to streamline processes, respond more efficiently to market conditions, and offer competitive pricing. Our quotes are based on raw data from multiple independent sources, processed using proprietary models designed to generate reliable and competitive prices. By handling liquidity and execution ourselves, we also aim to reduce operational delays and help keep trading costs efficient for clients.
Our model
Our sustainable revenue derives from spreads, commissions, and swaps (where applicable) rather than from the outcome of individual trades. As client orders are placed in different directions (buy and sell), natural netting can occur within the overall order flow. Our approach therefore focuses on maintaining competitive pricing, reliable execution, and supporting clients’ continued participation in the markets.
We avoid labeling our services with market titles, as these terms can vary and may create confusion. Instead, we provide clear information about how our model works.
Our commitment to providing best execution is carried out in accordance with the regulatory obligations applicable to us and the terms agreed between us. This article is for general informational purposes only and does not alter or replace the applicable Client Agreement, which governs your relationship with us.
