- MetaTrader: Messages sent through MetaTrader’s internal mailbox.
- Phone: Calls made using the official number listed in your Personal Area under the Support section.

We do not use the following platforms for support team communication:
- ICQ
- Yahoo Messenger
- Telegram
- Facebook Messenger

This list may not include all platforms, so get in touch with support before engaging with unknown messages if you are unsure, especially those containing suspicious links.
Any emails sent from a domain other than @exness.com or @mail.exness.com are not official communication from Exness, even if it includes the word 'Exness.' If you receive an email from a suspicious address, please email support@exness.com with information about this immediately.
Depending on your country, verification codes (OTP) may be sent through alternative messaging services such as WhatsApp or Telegram. These are used only for sending security codes, not for general support communication. Exness support will never initiate conversations or request personal information through these channels.
Please visit the support hub and create a ticket if you suspect you’ve fallen victim to fraudulent activity.
