The swap-free status is applied to your whole Personal Area (PA), meaning every trading account type you hold will share this feature. However, please note that under this status, only specific trading instruments are actually swap-free. Additionally, users registered to trade in Islamic countries are subject to a separate set of swap-free rules.

Swap-free will have no swap applied for orders open overnight for these instrument groups:
- Majors: AUDUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY, DXY
- Minors: AUDNZD, AUDCAD, EURCHF, GBPJPY, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, CHFJPY, AUDCHF, AUDJPY, EURAUD, EURCAD, EURGBP, EURJPY, EURNZD, GBPCHF, GBPNZD, NZDJPY, NZDCAD, CADCHF, CADJPY, NZDCHF
- Exotics: USDZAR, USDTHB
- Commodities: XAUUSD, XAUAUD, XAUEUR, XAGUSD, XPTUSD, USOIL, UKOIL
- All cryptocurrencies
- All indices
Swaps are charged for all other metals, energies, minor pairs, exotic pairs and stocks.
Swap-free qualification
Your swap-free qualification is determined by your trading activity. By default, all accounts are swap-free. If you do not trade mostly during trading hours and regularly hold large amounts of open orders overnight, you may be unqualified for swap-free status.
You will be notified within your Personal Area (PA) of any changes to your swap-free status.
To check your swap-free status, head to Trading conditions under Exness benefits in your Personal Area (PA) and select Swap-Free to view your current status.
Swap-free status cannot be converted between non-Islamic and Islamic swap-free status (and vice versa).
Swap-free conditions
Here are a few conditions to take note of when using our swap-free program:
- Your trading behaviour is analyzed using an algorithm to ensure swap-free compliance as per the Client Agreement.
- It is recommended to trade mostly during the day and minimize overnight orders.
- A notification is sent to your Personal Area (PA) when your swap-free status is changed from qualified to unqualified.
Swap-free compliance
The company reserves the right to take the following actions to ensure compliance with the swap-free program:
- Cancel the swap-free status on all trading accounts.
- Once a swap-free status is discontinued, swap charges will be applicable for current and future open orders.
A notification will be sent to the Personal Area (PA) should the swap-free status is canceled.
