Rollover is when open spot trades move from one trading day to the next without settlement. Liquidity may be lower during rollover, which can cause wider spreads.

Rollover usually happens from Sunday to Thursday at 21:00 UTC+0 in summer and 22:00 UTC+0 in winter. The period usually lasts 1–2 hours, but lower liquidity may last longer depending on the instrument.

During rollover:

• Spreads may widen.
• Swap may be credited or charged on open positions.
• Dividends may apply to some orders.
• Trading and financial operations may pause for a few minutes.

Gold (XAUUSD) is usually closed during forex rollover. However, liquidity may still be thinner than usual around this time.

Some countries change their clocks during summer and winter. This may affect market opening and closing times.

We perform regular server maintenance to support trading server performance. Maintenance may cause short pauses in trading, account visibility, internal transfers, funding, or withdrawals.

Weekend maintenance usually takes place:

• Saturday: 05:00–09:00 UTC+0 in winter and 04:00–08:00 UTC+0 in summer.
• Sunday: 06:00–09:00 UTC+0.

Cent and Trial servers may also have brief daily maintenance. These pauses usually happen at 23:20 UTC+0 on weekdays and at 23:20 UTC+0 on Saturdays.

Maintenance periods may be extended or shortened depending on the work required each week. You will receive a notification in your Personal Area (PA) before and during the weekend maintenance window.
