Your trading history refers to the records of trading activity within your trading account, and includes details such as price execution, trading volume, and transaction dates. You can locate your trading history in multiple ways, depending on where you look.
For demo accounts, order history for 2018–2025 is not available in the Personal Area and the Exness Trade app history view. This does not affect MetaTrader.
Expand an option below to find out more:
Personal Area
+Find your trading history in your Personal Area (PA) by following these steps:
- Log in to your PA and go to the Trading tab.
- Select History of orders, the account of your choice from the dropdown, and the preferred time range before retrieving the data.
- Select either Closed orders for previously closed orders or Open orders for currently open orders.
- If your order has been closed by stop out, the order history will display a SO icon. Clicking on the order will show the equity and margin level at the time of stop out.
- If your order has been partially closed, the closed volume from the original position will be displayed under the Partial Close field.
- The order history can also be downloaded by clicking on the Download CSV button displayed on the top.
Downloading the CSV file has a limit of 1000 records.
Exness Terminal
+Order history (past 30 days) is available in Portfolio under Closed.
To load older history, select Show previous 30 days until you reach the account creation date.
The older order history retrieved is not stored locally, so will need to be manually loaded every time you want to view it.
Exness Trade
+In the Exness Trade app, order history (past 30 days) is available in the Accounts tab under Closed.
Scroll to find Show previous day to load older history.
Opening an order shows details such as the open time, close time, close by, swap, commission, stop loss, and take profit.
The older order history retrieved is stored locally on the app and will be automatically displayed unless the app is reinstalled.
MetaTrader platforms
+On MT4 and MT5 desktop terminals, you can view trading history in the Account History tab or check your terminal log files.
On some trading servers, order history may be archived automatically at any time to keep the trading environment stable. If this happens, older orders may no longer appear in Account History.
If you use MetaTrader mobile apps, open History to view trades on that device.
Account statements
+We send daily and monthly account statements to your registered email. These statements contain the trading history of your accounts. You can also download your account statement with customized dates from your Personal Area (PA).
Support
+Support can provide trading history for real trading accounts if you create a ticket in the Support Hub. You are required to provide accurate credentials, such as your trading account number and Support PIN verification, to request account history statements of your real accounts.
