You can check your verification status from the banner at the top of your Personal Area (PA). If your documents are rejected, you can find a detailed explanation.
You'll receive an email when your proof of identity (POI) and proof of address (POA) documents are submitted, and again once they have been reviewed. Document verification may take up to 24 hours.
The banner in your Personal Area may display one of the following verification statuses. Here's what each status means.

No verification steps were completed
This status is displayed if you have not started the verification process. Click Complete profile to proceed. -
One or a few steps of verification completed
This status is displayed after verifying your phone, email, and personal information and completing the economic profile. Please proceed to upload your POI and POA documents. -
POI submitted or approved
After your POI has been submitted and approved, please proceed to upload your POA documents. -
POI rejected
Temporary rejection: The uploaded documents were rejected because they did not meet the requirements. Please upload your documents again.
Final rejection: After ten failed attempts, you can no longer upload documents. Please contact support to proceed. -
POI approved, and POA rejected
Temporary rejection: The uploaded documents were rejected because they did not meet the requirements. Please upload your documents again.
Final rejection: After ten failed attempts, you can no longer upload documents. Please contact support to proceed. -
Verified user
This status is displayed after you have fully verified your profile.
